    About the Role

    As a Food and Beverage Bar Manager, you’ll oversee operations at Hilton’s Stacks bar, ensuring an exceptional guest and member experience. You’ll manage daily bar and F&B service operations, develop your team, monitor budgets, and drive revenue through superior service and guest engagement.

    You’ll report directly to senior Food & Beverage leadership and play a key part in maintaining Hilton’s high service and brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all Food & Beverage service operations for the bar.

    • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.

    • Recruit, train, manage, and develop bar team members.

    • Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and effectively.

    • Drive sales and maximize profitability while meeting financial targets.

    • Assist with menu development and promotional planning.

    • Conduct and oversee monthly stock takes and inventory management.

    • Motivate and incentivize staff to achieve sales goals.

    • Build strong guest relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.

    • Evaluate guest satisfaction to continuously improve service standards.

    Requirements

    Ideal candidate profile:

    • Proven management or supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or bar operations.

    • Strong financial acumen and ability to meet sales and budget targets.

    • Ability to adhere to Hilton brand standards and deliver consistent service quality.

    • Excellent grooming and professional presentation.

    • Strong leadership with a passion for developing team members.

    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
