Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and enable departmental compliance with:
HACCP
PRP (Pre-Requisite Programs)
ISO 22000:2018 standards
Conduct regular (daily, weekly, monthly) Quality Awareness and Food Safety talks
Implement, maintain, and report on GMP and PRP effectiveness
Perform Mycotoxin testing on final products
Review Critical Control Point (CCP) records for HACCP compliance
Monitor IMTE (Inspection, Measuring, and Testing Equipment) for calibration
Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) upon client request
Maintain and monitor system documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Sc. or National Diploma in:
Food Technology
Food Sciences
Experience:
2–3 years in FMCG focused on food safety
Working with Mycotoxins, ISO 22000 & 22002
Advantageous: Experience in the grain milling industry
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of:
ISO 22000 / 22002
HACCP
VACCP / TACCP
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Assertiveness and effective time management
