Introduction
Our client in the Free State seeks a qualified Processing Training Officer to provide effective training and development support within a mineral processing plant. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, staff competency, and high-quality training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver targeted training programs for processing plant staff.

Ensure compliance with ETDP and training standards.

Monitor, assess, and report on staff competency.

Support TMM Licensing compliance in plant operations.

Maintain accurate training documentation and records.
-
Identify training needs and skills gaps in collaboration with management.
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 / Matric.
-
ETDP qualification/certificate on NQF Level 5.

Higher Certificate in OD ETDP Level 05 (preferred).

Assessor & Moderator Certificate.
-
3–5 years relevant experience in mineral processing.

Experience with TMM Licensing in a processing/plant environment.
