This role supports their senior leadership team in delivering high-level administrative and operational support across functions.
Role Purpose
To provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior executives by managing scheduling, communications, and coordination tasks. The role also includes office liaison, HR onboarding support, and light finance admin duties using tools such as GSuite, Expensify, and Slack.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Team Support

Manage the CEO’s and senior executives’ calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings.

Organize virtual and in-person team events.

Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Office Management
-
Liaise with UK office management, contractors, and cleaning services as needed.
HR Support
-
Work with the COO to coordinate new employee onboarding and administrative setup.
Finance Administration

Support client invoicing in collaboration with the finance team.

Manage expense submissions and reimbursements through Expensify.

Track and manage receipts related to company Amex/HSBC cards.
