Job Description
The Organisational Efficiency Specialist is responsible for analysing organisational structures, improving workflows, and enhancing productivity.
The role includes designing staffing models, implementing process improvements, and supporting executive decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Organisational Design & Analysis

Analyse and develop organisational and staffing models

Design and review organisational structures

Conduct organisational reviews and recommend improvements
Process Improvement

Analyse and redesign business processes

Conduct work measurement studies

Determine workload norms and standard times
Performance & Reporting

Develop and improve performance management systems

Compile reports and recommendations for executive decisions

Evaluate outcomes of implemented interventions
Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Support implementation of organisational changes
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma / BTech / Postgraduate Certificate (NQF Level 7)
OR National Diploma (NQF Level 6) -
Higher Certificate in Work Study (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in efficiency improvement
