Role Overview
The Managing Director will lead Multi Green with strategic insight, integrity, and a people-centered approach. This role requires a visionary, values-driven leader who is humble, hungry, smart, and bold — someone capable of inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving sustainable growth.

1. Strategic Growth & Financial Leadership

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualification(s).
Minimum 10 years’ executive management experience in the fertilizer or agricultural sector.
Proven record of aligning strategic, operational, and financial goals.
Strong financial acumen, strategic foresight, and leadership ability.
Deep understanding of the South African agricultural industry.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ethical, consistent, and integrity-driven.
