    Storyteller is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform that enables companies to integrate “Stories” (similar to Instagram/Snapchat) into their own digital products.
    The platform serves global brands, particularly within sports, and includes SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support for iOS, Android, and Web.

    Role Overview

    This is an entry-level opportunity — no experience required — for someone with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a proactive attitude who wants to grow quickly in live sports content management.
    You’ll be part of a supportive, remote, global team ensuring smooth, high-quality live content delivery for Storyteller’s sports clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage live sports content operations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Generate and curate engaging content aligned with client needs.

    • Deliver exceptional customer support and enhance satisfaction.

    • Monitor and enforce quality control on all client content.

    • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth live operations.

    Requirements

    Must-haves:

    • Reliable, high-speed internet access.

    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights/weekends.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail.

    • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.

    • Experience in support, customer success, or quality assurance (advantageous).

    • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
