    Introduction

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure rapid turnaround times.

    • Use EPCs (Electronic Parts Catalogues) and business information tools to supply accurate replacement parts.

    • Offer technical advice and support to customers, guiding their purchasing decisions.

    • Generate quotes, follow up with customers, and ensure needs are fully met.

    • Perform sales analysis per customer and product group to identify trends and opportunities.

    • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant or complementary products.

    • Proactively introduce new products and communicate special offers.

    • Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships.

    • Maintain strong product knowledge and share insights internally.

    • Submit weekly and monthly reports.

    • Meet sales targets and incentive goals.

    • Represent the company ethically and professionally at all times.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

    • 2–5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales (truck parts experience is ideal).

    • Valid driver’s licence.

    • Computer literate: MS Word, Excel; ERP system & EPC experience advantageous.

    • Multilingualism is an advantage.

    Remuneration
