Job Description
1. International Partnerships Management
- Manage and coordinate academic partnerships with global institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners
- Support collaboration between universities
2. Project & Funding Management
- Manage international funding projects
- Support externally funded initiatives
- Ensure proper use and reporting of funds
3. Strategy & Implementation
- Develop processes to support internationalisation
- Help implement global engagement strategies
- Promote international collaboration across the institution
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track and evaluate partnership projects
- Monitor programme performance and outcomes
- Ensure goals are achieved
5. Research & Academic Contribution
- Conduct and publish research
- Present findings at conferences or academic platforms
6. Institutional Promotion
- Promote CUT internationally
- Build networks with global academic institutions
- Strengthen the university’s global reputation

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree (NQF Level 9) in:
- Higher Education Studies or related field
- 5 years’ experience in international academic partnerships
Preferred (Advantageous)
- PhD or progress toward a PhD
- More than 5 years’ experience in similar roles
