Tender Objective
To appoint a qualified contractor for the construction of a 1.5 km paved access road and storm water drainage system in Ward 7 of Tumahole (Parys). The project aims to improve road access, mobility, and drainage management within the community.
Scope of Work
The scope includes:
Road Construction

Construction of 1.5 km paved access road in Ward 7

Earthworks, base preparation, asphalt paving, road markings, and road furniture (where applicable)
Storm Water Infrastructure

Installation of storm water drainage systems

Construction of channels, culverts, and other storm water control structures

Ensuring adequate water runoff management to prevent flooding and road damage
Technical Requirements

Contractor must have CIDB Grade 6CE or higher

Compliance with all technical specifications, drawings, and standards outlined in the tender documents

Compliance with the requirements for tender submission, sealing, addressing, delivery, opening, and evaluation procedures
