Job Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational efficiency, and performance of the Welkom CIT branch. The role ensures that all contractual, operational, and site-specific security requirements are met while delivering professional and high-quality service to clients.
The successful candidate will manage staff, oversee compliance with industry regulations (including PSIRA and ISO standards), maintain strong client relationships, and ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed standards. This role requires strong leadership, planning, administrative, and communication skills.
Purpose of the Role
To ensure the effective and efficient operation of the branch by:
Meeting client contractual requirements
Maintaining high security standards
Managing staff performance
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Delivering excellent customer service
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management systems
Proven people management experience
Strong administration and client liaison skills
Good planning, leadership, and organisational skills
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office programs)
Valid Driver’s License and own reliable transport
Must live within reasonable distance of Welkom or be willing to relocate
