Purpose of the Role
To convert in-store visitors into paying customers by delivering an engaging and helpful experience. You’ll drive sales through product knowledge, excellent service, order processing, and customer support — all while maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a positive and engaging in-store sales and service experience
Manage the full customer journey (account opening, order capture, etc.)
Demonstrate deep product knowledge and advise on pricing and promotions
Consistently provide exceptional customer service
Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the store
Identify and report improvement areas (WFS feedback)
Manage stock levels and perform regular checks
Complete all administrative and reporting duties accurately
Requirements
