Job Description / Overview
Plumbing and Drainage Works – Annex Palliative Care Unit, National Hospital
The Free State Department of Health is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced plumbing contractor to carry out plumbing and drainage works at the Annex Palliative Care Unit at National Hospital, Bloemfontein. The project forms part of infrastructure maintenance and improvement within a healthcare facility and must be executed in line with health, safety, and building regulations.
Scope of Work
The successful contractor will be responsible for:

Installation of plumbing systems

Repair and maintenance of existing plumbing infrastructure

Installation and repair of drainage systems

Ensuring proper water flow, waste removal, and system functionality

Performing work in a healthcare environment with minimal disruption

Compliance with all project specifications, safety, and quality standards
