Responsibilities:
Compile service quotations based on customer needs and specifications
Service, repair, and overhaul mechanical components of agricultural equipment and vehicles
Complete job sheets and ensure work is performed according to VKB policies and standards
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Handle warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
Mentor junior personnel on internal policies and procedures
Cross-sell relevant products and ongoing promotions
Collaborate with internal departments and clients to ensure service excellence
Perform daily ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
Completed N2 (Tractor Mechanic qualification)
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical experience
Proven track record of accuracy, reliability, and teamwork
Strong diagnostic, technical, and interpersonal skills
Clear criminal record
