    Responsibilities:

    • Compile service quotations based on customer needs and specifications

    • Service, repair, and overhaul mechanical components of agricultural equipment and vehicles

    • Complete job sheets and ensure work is performed according to VKB policies and standards

    • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

    • Handle warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation

    • Mentor junior personnel on internal policies and procedures

    • Cross-sell relevant products and ongoing promotions

    • Collaborate with internal departments and clients to ensure service excellence

    • Perform daily ad hoc duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

    • Completed N2 (Tractor Mechanic qualification)

    • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical experience

    • Proven track record of accuracy, reliability, and teamwork

    • Strong diagnostic, technical, and interpersonal skills

    • Clear criminal record
