Job Overview
Matjhabeng Local Municipality seeks to establish a panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery of mini-substations over a three-year period. The mini-substations will be procured as and when required, based on the municipality’s demand for infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and expansion projects.
Objectives
The main objectives of this tender are:

Establish a panel of reliable suppliers capable of supplying mini-substations.

Ensure continuous availability of mini-substations for municipal electrical network requirements.

Support the municipality’s operational needs and infrastructure growth.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
Scope of Work
The scope includes:
1. Supply of Mini-Substations

Supply of mini-substations of various capacities as required by the municipality.

Mini-substations must comply with relevant technical and safety standards.

Provide full technical specifications and compliance certificates.
2. Delivery

Delivery on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of three (3) years.

Delivery to municipal sites within Matjhabeng Local Municipality area.

Suppliers must ensure proper packaging, transport, and safe delivery.
