The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of academic material, research, community engagement, and student assessment in line with the university’s strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
-
Option 1: Master’s degree (MTech / Master’s / NQF 9 or equivalent) AND Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) registered with IIA (SA)

Option 2: Honours degree (Postgraduate Diploma / NQF 8 or equivalent) AND Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) registered with IIA (SA)

Minimum of 2 years’ lecturing, teaching, or relevant industry experience in Internal Auditing
Preferred (Desired) Qualifications & Experience:

Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) – IIA (SA)
-
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – ISACA
-
Proficiency in Arbutus Analytics
-
Evidence of progress towards a Doctoral degree (for Master’s holders) or Master’s degree (for Honours holders)

Record of research publications, innovation, or creative output
