    Qualifications and Skills

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Property and Asset Management

    • Market Analysis: Keep informed of market trends, tenant activity, and property vacancies.
    • Preventative Maintenance: Implement and monitor regular maintenance plans while controlling budgets.
    • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Act and conduct regular inspections.
    • Client Interaction: Provide timely, accurate reports, and analyze monthly income and expenses to support client needs.

    2. Financial Management

    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and finalize annual budgets, conduct quarterly reviews, and set financial targets.
