Role Overview
As a Junior RevOps Solution Architect, you’ll manage, maintain, and optimize clients’ HubSpot and/or Salesforce CRM platforms.
You’ll collaborate with senior consultants to improve system performance, automate workflows, and enhance data integrity — all while gaining exposure to cutting-edge CRM architecture and digital enablement strategies

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain multiple client HubSpot/Salesforce CRM platforms.

Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and maintenance within CRM systems.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and resolve CRM issues.

Assist with implementation, integration, and configuration of new CRM features.

Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for optimization.

Train and support clients in CRM usage and best practices.

Stay informed on emerging CRM technologies, tools, and trends.
Requirements

1+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.

Solid understanding of CRM capabilities, data management, and automation tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience

Salesforce certification or training (advantageous).

Experience supporting RevOps, sales enablement, or marketing automation projects.
