    Role Overview

    As a Lead SEO Strategist, you’ll own and manage a portfolio of 3–4 international clients, driving measurable growth in organic performance and revenue. This is a client-facing role that blends strategic planning, communication, reporting, and execution oversight, with room to innovate using AI tools and modern SEO practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Ownership & Leadership

    Be the primary contact for assigned clients — lead calls, present ideas, and build strong relationships.

    • Communicate with clarity and confidence, ensuring clients understand the ROI of your SEO strategy.

    SEO Strategy & Execution

    Develop and direct revenue-focused SEO strategies tailored to client goals.

    • Manage the monthly plan of action and ensure consistent delivery and measurable outcomes.

    Reporting & Analysis

    Prepare insight-driven reports (not just data dumps) using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.

    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and growth recommendations.

    Project Management

    Keep milestones, budgets, and deliverables on track.

    • Prioritize actions that deliver real impact — not vanity metrics.

    • Innovation & AI
    • Experiment with AI tools to improve SEO workflows and campaign efficiency.

    • Stay ahead of emerging AI and search trends and share insights internally.

    Core Skills & Experience

    • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred).

    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO strategy.

    • Comfortable presenting to clients and writing clear, insightful communication.

    • Detail-oriented and process-driven — you enjoy structure and efficiency.

    • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and content SEO.

    Bonus Skills

    • Proficiency with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML.

    • Enthusiasm for AI and automation — with experience applying tools like ChatGPT, SurferSEO, or Jasper to improve workflow and quality.
