Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs.

Sell financial products such as funeral insurance, life cover, hospital cash-back, and savings solutions aligned to client needs.

Accurately capture client information and sales details.

Achieve production, quality, and conversion targets.

Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-
Matric/N4 qualification or equivalent.
-
Regulatory exams as per FAIS requirements (if already in financial services).

5 years of experience (for Matric holders), or
-
1–2 years’ experience (with a relevant undergraduate degree preferred).

2–3 years’ experience in a sales environment.

Strong computer literacy.

Fluent in English.
