Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership in human resources management, development, and employee wellness.

Lead and coordinate organizational development, security, ethics and fraud prevention, communication, legal services, labour relations, and special programmes.

Ensure compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), relevant legislation, and governance standards.
-
Oversee implementation of transformation and diversity management strategies.
-
Ensure efficient communication channels internally and externally.
-
Manage the implementation of minimum information security standards.
Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7) in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a senior managerial level.

Strong knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, Treasury Regulations, and Public Service legislation.
-
Proven skills in leadership, people and financial management, communication, strategic planning, policy analysis, and project management.
