Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose IT systems, peripherals, and network issues

Resolve helpdesk queries

Train personnel on software, technology use, and cybersecurity

Create and maintain a knowledge base

Document IT issues, resolutions, and configurations
-
Support and maintain both hardware and software
-
Evaluate and test new hardware/software for compatibility

Provide remote and onsite technical support

Configure mobile devices
-
Manage VOIP systems and network maintenance

Maintain IT inventory and assist with data recovery

Monitor system and network performance
-
Ensure IT and OHSA compliance

Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues

Handle ad-hoc assignments as needed
Qualifications:
-
National Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support

Desktop support experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365, Outlook, and Windows 11 or earlier

Skilled in hardware and software troubleshooting

Experience in first- and second-line IT support

Valid driver’s license

Strong problem-solving and report writing skills
