Responsibilities:

Plan, perform, and report on IT audits covering systems, infrastructure, applications, and processes

Evaluate and improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of IT systems and controls

Conduct general financial and operational audits when required

Develop structured audit programs and collect relevant audit evidence

Provide actionable recommendations to improve control environments
-
Escalate risks and compliance issues as necessary
-
Monitor and respond to emerging IT risks and regulatory changes
-
Provide mentorship and training to junior audit staff
-
Develop and apply proactive auditing methods, including data analytics

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
-
BCom degree in Accounting, Informatics, or Internal Audit
-
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – mandatory
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing
-
Strong knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST)

Valid Code 8 driver’s license
