Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures for assigned modules in Human Resources and Commerce
Create and distribute study materials, notes, and additional resources
Prepare, assess, and moderate student assessments and exams
Provide support to students, especially those identified as at-risk
Ensure academic quality standards and participate in departmental activities
Manage general administrative duties relevant to the academic department

Qualifications:
Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (minimum requirement)
Experience:
At least 1–3 years relevant lecturing or academic facilitation experience
Understanding of higher education systems and compliance
Experience in academic research and curriculum development
