    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver lectures for assigned modules in Human Resources and Commerce

    • Create and distribute study materials, notes, and additional resources

    • Prepare, assess, and moderate student assessments and exams

    • Provide support to students, especially those identified as at-risk

    • Ensure academic quality standards and participate in departmental activities

    • Manage general administrative duties relevant to the academic department

    Modules to be Lectured:

    • Marketing

    • Work Integrated Learning

    • Employment Relations

    Qualifications:

    • Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (minimum requirement)

    Experience:

    • At least 1–3 years relevant lecturing or academic facilitation experience

    • Understanding of higher education systems and compliance

    • Experience in academic research and curriculum development
