Responsibilities:

Manage the design and delivery of academic programmes in the Faculty of Humanities

Lead curriculum development and assessment creation
-
Provide sales enablement through product training
-
Implement faculty strategy through operational planning and performance tracking
-
Lead and develop academic staff across campuses
-
Manage academic resourcing, compliance, and process efficiency
-
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies
-
Contribute to talent acquisition, performance management, and academic leadership
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Education (MEd or Educational Psychology)
-
Undergraduate qualification in Education (preferable or compulsory)
-
Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification academic experience
-
At least 3 years’ managerial experience or demonstrated leadership potential
-
Experience in curriculum development and academic project management
-
Subject matter expertise in Education (undergraduate) and/or Psychology
