Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent aligned with Farm Foods’ values.

Develop and implement training programs that promote professional growth and retention.

Build and maintain a vibrant, inclusive, and performance-driven company culture.

Design and implement performance management systems and coach leadership on feedback and development practices.

Collaborate with senior leaders to execute strategic workforce planning and talent management.

Ensure compliance with national and local labor laws while managing risk across the human capital function.

Utilize HR analytics and data to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or milling.

In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, HR systems, and modern human capital practices.

Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proven experience in change management and leadership development.

Ability to use HR data and insights to drive decision-making and policy development.
