    Job Description: Leadership – Cape Union Mart
    Position: Store Leader / Branch Manager
    Location: Bloemfontein, Free State

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets

    • Manage store finances to ensure profitability

    • Maintain high merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

    • Control stock levels to minimize losses and ensure product availability

    • Deliver outstanding customer service for an exceptional shopping experience

    • Build and manage relationships with all internal and external service providers

    • Oversee HR functions including recruitment and payroll administration

    • Inspire, develop, and lead team members to align with company culture

    • Implement company policies and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Clear criminal record

    • Strong communication skills across all levels

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Store Management

    • At least 8 years’ experience in Retail

    • Proven experience managing a retail store with annual turnover exceeding R20 million
