Job Description
1. Visual Merchandising Execution
- Set up and maintain in-store displays
- Ensure store layout aligns with brand guidelines
- Keep displays attractive, modern, and on-trend
2. Trend Awareness
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends
- Apply trend knowledge to in-store displays
- Adapt layouts based on seasonal changes
3. Store Presentation & Standards
- Maintain world-class visual standards
- Ensure mannequins, windows, and displays are styled correctly
- Keep the store visually clean and organized
4. Planning & Organisation
- Plan and prioritize visual merchandising activities
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently to complete tasks
5. Customer Experience
- Create a visually engaging shopping experience
- Support brand identity through store presentation
- Help increase customer interest and sales
6. Asset & Expense Management
- Take care of visual merchandising materials and tools
- Ensure cost-effective use of resources

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Matric (Grade 12) – required
