JOB DESCRIPTION
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service, strong sales performance, and effective team leadership.
This role focuses on:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Performance Management
- Drive store sales and achieve targets
- Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively
3. Team Leadership
- Motivate, coach, and develop store staff
- Build a positive and collaborative work culture
- Manage staff performance and productivity
4. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and organization
5. Visual Merchandising
- Ensure attractive product displays
- Maintain brand standards for store layout and presentation
- Create visually appealing shopping environments
6. Inventory Management
- Manage stock levels and control shrinkage
- Ensure accurate stock receiving and replenishment
- Monitor inventory performance
7. Financial Management
- Assist with budgeting and cost control
- Ensure efficient use of store resources
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric / NQF Level 4) or equivalent
Experience
- 3–4 years’ experience in retail/store management
- Experience in sales and customer service management

- Good problem-solving ability
- Computer literacy
