JOB DESCRIPTION
The RFI Developer is responsible for creating high-quality responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and supporting global sales and business development teams.
This role focuses on:
- Researching and compiling company information
- Writing and editing professional, client-facing content
- Coordinating input from different departments
- Ensuring consistency and accuracy in proposals and responses
It is a detail-oriented, writing-intensive role that combines research, communication, and project coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. RFI & Proposal Development
- Prepare accurate and professional responses to RFIs
- Draft company capability statements and experience summaries
- Support proposals, sales documents, and questionnaires
2. Research & Information Management
- Conduct company, industry, and competitor research
- Gather and organise information for business development use
- Maintain updated content in internal systems and databases
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with internal teams to collect relevant information
- Ensure alignment of responses with company messaging
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders
4. Content Quality Control
- Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Ensure all responses meet company standards
- Maintain templates and standard content libraries
5. Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Business Management
- Finance
- IT
- Or related field
Experience
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in:
- Proposal or contract management
- Marketing or business development
- Finance, IT, or related fields
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Strong writing and editing skills
