     JOB DESCRIPTION

    The RFI Developer is responsible for creating high-quality responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and supporting global sales and business development teams.

    This role focuses on:

    • Researching and compiling company information
    • Writing and editing professional, client-facing content
    • Coordinating input from different departments
    • Ensuring consistency and accuracy in proposals and responses

    It is a detail-oriented, writing-intensive role that combines research, communication, and project coordination.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. RFI & Proposal Development

    • Prepare accurate and professional responses to RFIs
    • Draft company capability statements and experience summaries
    • Support proposals, sales documents, and questionnaires

    2. Research & Information Management

    • Conduct company, industry, and competitor research
    • Gather and organise information for business development use
    • Maintain updated content in internal systems and databases

    3. Stakeholder Coordination

    • Work with internal teams to collect relevant information
    • Ensure alignment of responses with company messaging
    • Build relationships with internal stakeholders

    4. Content Quality Control

    • Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
    • Ensure all responses meet company standards
    • Maintain templates and standard content libraries

    5. Project & Time Management

    • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
    • Prioritise work in a fast-paced environment

     REQUIREMENTS

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in:
      • Life Sciences
      • Business Management
      • Finance
      • IT
      • Or related field

    Experience

    • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in:
      • Proposal or contract management
      • Marketing or business development
      • Finance, IT, or related fields

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in:
      • Microsoft Word
      • Excel
      • PowerPoint
    • Strong writing and editing skills
