Job Overview
Footgear is looking for energetic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Generators to join its Bloemfontein stores during the busy festive trading season.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy sneakers, fashion and working with people. No previous retail experience is required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right products and fit.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Promote Footgear products and the business.
- Replenish stock and maintain an attractive, well-organised store.
- Process customer sales at the till.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Work collaboratively as part of the store team.
- Contribute positively during busy peak trading periods.
Requirements
- Grade 10 minimum; Matric preferred.
- Positive attitude and energetic approach.
- Interest in people, fashion, sneakers and retail.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Good customer-service skills.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
- Must be available to work from mid-November until 24 December 2026.
