Key Responsibilities:

Full warehouse and staff management
-
Perform regular stock counts and investigate any stock variances
-
Place and manage stock orders
-
Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) and purchase orders
-
Maintain accurate bin allocations in the warehouse
-
Allocate correct stock to technicians and installers
-
Track and manage project-based stock and handle replenishment orders
-
Oversee national boot stock levels for field technicians/installers
-
Accurately manage and process job cards
-
Provide logistical support to national technical teams
-
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between system and physical counts
-
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
A logistics or supply chain qualification is advantageous
-
3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations
-
Preferably in a controller or supervisory role
-

Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
-
Excellent MS Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
-
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)

Valid driver’s license and own, reliable vehicle
