    Role Overview

    As a Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging talented candidates across international markets. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and clients to build strong talent pipelines, manage candidate relationships, and support efficient hiring across multiple roles and time zones.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Identify and attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and databases.

    • Conduct outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate suitability.

    • Maintain and update candidate profiles in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

    • Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.

    • Collaborate with the Recruitment Operations team to ensure a consistent flow of top-tier candidates.

    • Support recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies for current and upcoming roles.

    • Achieve team KPIs and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sourcing culture.

    • Stay updated on best practices in sourcing and continuously improve efficiency.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 2+ years in Recruitment, Sourcing, or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

    • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills

    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Tech-savvy — comfortable with sourcing tools and ATS software (e.g., RCRM, Workable)

    • Remote work proficiency — able to self-manage and collaborate virtually

    • Committed to delivering high-quality candidates aligned with client needs

    Contract Details

    • Independent Contractor Agreement

    • Paid twice monthly in USD

    • Long-term commitment preferred
