Job Purpose
The Sales Assistant will support sales operations and cashiering tasks within iParty stores. The role requires energetic, self-motivated individuals who can achieve sales targets, assist customers, and operate efficiently in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process transactions accurately as a cashier.
Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor.
Be flexible to work at different branches as required.
Operate computer systems for sales and inventory management.
Requirements
Experience as a cashier or sales assistant in a retail environment is an advantage.
Must be self-motivated and energetic.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
Good health and physical stamina.
Computer literate.
