Responsibilities:

Record keeping of all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure efficient and effective information flow

Open, maintain, and update employee files

Maintain a record keeping system to ensure safekeeping and accessibility of documents

Provide general office support services to ensure the smooth running of the Sub-directorate
-
Perform Chief User Clerk functions for the Sub-directorate
Qualifications:
-
Grade 12 Certificate
-
Experience within the Public Service environment
-
Knowledge of record management practices
