     Job Overview:

    Wintertide HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll functions, UIF and benefits administration, IRP5 reporting, and personnel file management. This is a detail-intensive role suited to a skilled professional with strong SAGE 300 and Excel experience.

     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Payroll Processing:

    • Full payroll process:

      • Capturing, validation, reconciliation

      • Handling payroll queries

    2. UIF Management:

    • Submission of UIF declarations

    • UI19 administration and documentation

    3. Employee Benefits Administration:

    • Capture and reconcile benefit contributions

    • Prepare payment files for the finance department

    4. IRP5 Tax Documentation:

    • Export payroll reports for IRP5 generation

    • Assist with distribution of IRP5s

    5. General HR Support:

    • Manage and update personnel files

    • Handle payroll-related employee queries

     Qualifications & Experience:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric / National Senior Certificate

    • Valid Driver’s Licence (Essential)

    • 2–4 years of payroll experience

    • SAGE 300 experience (Essential)

    Advantageous:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Payroll, or Accounting

     Knowledge & Competencies:

    • Advanced Excel skills

    • Proficiency in SAGE 300 People

    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Good time management and organizational abilities

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
