Job Overview:
The Estimator / Costing Clerk is responsible for preparing accurate quotes, advising clients on suitable products, and managing the booking of approved jobs. This role blends technical costing with customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotes for all jobs

Provide product advice and support to clients

Book in jobs once client approval is received

Maintain accurate costing records and communicate with relevant departments

Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:

Matric with Mathematics (Higher Grade)

Minimum 1 year costing experience

Computer proficiency essential

Bilingual: Excellent written and spoken English & Afrikaans
Advantageous Experience:

Experience using Dolphin software
-
Previous experience in sales or quoting roles

Customer-facing experience in a technical or production environment
