Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Sell vehicle parts and accessories for Renault, Haval, and Hyundai brands

Assist walk-in, telephonic, and trade customers with parts enquiries

Identify correct parts accurately using catalogues and systems

Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently

Support workshop and service departments with parts requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Ensure accurate stock control and proper handling of parts inventory

Achieve parts sales targets and contribute to departmental profitability

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional parts counter environment

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and aftersales standards
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in an automotive aftersales division

Proven sales background, preferably in automotive parts

Knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories across multiple brands

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good organisational and administrative abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
