Mpumalanga: Bushbuckridge, Kwa-Mhlanga, Mbombela
North West: Rustenburg, Madibeng, Moretele, Mmakau
Northern Cape: Frances Baard, John Taole
Western Cape: Khayelitsha, Mitchells Plain
