Job Overview
Old Mutual is seeking motivated and target-driven MFC Sales Agents to join its team in Bethlehem and Qwaqwa. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing their own client base, marketing and selling financial products, and contributing to the financial wellbeing of the community.
This role requires strong communication skills, self-discipline, and the ability to build lasting client relationships within allocated markets.
Job Description
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
Build, grow, and maintain a personal client base within allocated markets.
Market and sell relevant financial products.
Identify new business opportunities and maximise sales potential.
Achieve agreed sales targets and performance metrics.
2. Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain sound working relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Use effective interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client trust and acceptance.
Provide professional advice aligned with client needs and product offerings.
Ensure ongoing customer service and relationship management.
3. Market & Product Focus
Operate within specifically allocated markets.
Focus on a designated financial product portfolio.
Stay informed on product knowledge and industry developments.
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) – Required.
Financial Services industry experience – Advantageous.
Clear credit record.
Clear criminal record.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation skills – Advantageous.
