Job Purpose
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with organisational goals. The role focuses on driving brand growth, student acquisition, and revenue generation, while leading a national marketing team and ensuring the effective use of marketing channels, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement a national marketing strategy aligned with institutional growth goals.
Identify and activate new market opportunities to expand student recruitment.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure competitive differentiation.
2. Revenue and Growth Management
Architect and deliver pipeline and revenue growth strategies.
Optimise marketing investment to achieve measurable return on investment (ROI).
Oversee revenue forecasting and pipeline modelling.
3. Digital Marketing and Performance
Lead digital acquisition and performance marketing strategies.
Manage conversion optimisation initiatives across digital channels.
Drive digital enrolment growth and improve cost-per-enrolment metrics.
4. Marketing Operations and Governance
Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Oversee compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage external service providers and marketing partners.
5. Leadership and Team Management
Build and lead a high-performing national marketing team.
Manage geographically distributed teams across multiple campuses.
Foster collaboration between marketing, admissions, and sales teams.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
MBA or Master’s degree is advantageous.
Digital marketing or analytics certifications are advantageous.
Experience
10–12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
At least 5 years in a senior national-level marketing role.
Experience managing large marketing budgets.
Proven success in digital marketing, CRM systems, and lead pipeline management.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations.
