Job Overview
The Fuel Attendant is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and friendly service at the fuel station. The role includes dispensing fuel, assisting customers, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance at the forecourt.
This role is customer-facing and requires accuracy, honesty, and strong attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Numeracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Clean criminal record
- Accurate and detail-oriented
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Dispense correct fuel as requested by customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the fuel station forecourt
- Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
