Job Overview
VKB Fuels is looking for a customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join its team in Vrede. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and safe service to customers, dispensing fuel accurately, maintaining the cleanliness of the fuel station, balancing fuel sales, and ensuring compliance with all operational and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Dispense fuel safely and accurately according to customer requests and vehicle requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Balance fuel sales at the end of every shift.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in fuel sales and transactions.
- Ensure customers receive the correct type and quantity of fuel.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the fuel forecourt and work area.
- Comply with company safety procedures and operational standards.
- Assist with basic customer service needs while promoting a positive customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4.
- Good numerical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
