Minimum Requirements:
Grain Grading Certificate (Essential)
Fumigation Certificate (Essential)
Strong financial and administrative skills
Proven business acumen
Experience in team leadership
Background in agriculture, particularly grain handling, is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the grain depot
Ensure compliance with fumigation and grain handling standards
Manage financial reporting and depot administration
Supervise and lead depot staff
Ensure proper stock control and storage conditions
Coordinate logistics and dispatch
Ensure health & safety protocols are adhered to
Remuneration:
Monthly Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
