Role Purpose
Responsible for profitable management of all divisions in the Bethlehem Retail branch, in alignment with AFGRI’s strategies and policies.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Grade 12 (Matric) – Compulsory
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or Management – Advantage
Experience
3–5 years of management experience in Agri trade environment
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships
Oversee admin, compliance, and loss control
Manage inventory and operations efficiently
Lead financial management at the branch
Provide leadership and support to staff
Drive business optimization
Skills & Knowledge
Proficient in MS Office
Farming knowledge or experience
John Deere product knowledge – Advantage
Familiarity with AFGRI’s product range
Basic financial and communication skills
