Main Purpose of the Role
To perform assigned responsibilities related to marketing and customer service within a trading branch environment.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
1–2 years’ experience in a trading branch (recommended)
2 years’ experience in customer service and marketing (advantageous)
Skills Required
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer literate (MS Office)
Numerically competent
Good organizational and sales skills
Excellent communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
Delivering quality customer service and marketing support
Handling cash and financial transactions
Managing stock and inventory
Maintaining shelves and branch displays
Performing administrative tasks
