     Job Description

    You will:

    • Manage administrative tasks for auctions
    • Capture financial data (invoices, payments)
    • Keep records of clients and transactions
    • Assist during auction events

     Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • At least 2 years relevant experience
    • Must speak Afrikaans and English fluently
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Good computer skills (MS Office)

     Key Responsibilities

     Auction Administration

    • Prepare and manage auction documents
    • Assist with auction processes from start to finish
    • Update auction programs

     Financial Tasks

    • Capture invoices and credit notes
    • Reconcile auction transactions
    • Ensure all records are accurate

     Record Keeping

    • Maintain client lists
    • Keep accurate documentation

     Reception Duties

    • Assist clients and visitors
    • Provide general office support
