Job Description
You will:
- Manage administrative tasks for auctions
- Capture financial data (invoices, payments)
- Keep records of clients and transactions
- Assist during auction events
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Must speak Afrikaans and English fluently
- Valid driver’s license
- Good computer skills (MS Office)

Key Responsibilities
Auction Administration
- Prepare and manage auction documents
- Assist with auction processes from start to finish
- Update auction programs
Financial Tasks
- Capture invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile auction transactions
- Ensure all records are accurate
Record Keeping
- Maintain client lists
- Keep accurate documentation
Reception Duties
- Assist clients and visitors
- Provide general office support
