     Job Description

    Emporium Human Capital is recruiting ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join their client’s team as Financial Advisers in Senekal, Eastern Free State. No prior experience as a financial adviser is required—full training and support will be provided. This opportunity offers long-term commission-based earning potential, performance bonuses, and career growth through future study options.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Sell financial products and solutions to individuals and businesses

    • Build and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and prospecting

    • Provide expert financial advice and planning

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

    • Maintain excellent client relationships and provide ongoing support

    • Work independently from your home-based office

     Compensation & Benefits

    • R9,000/month drawings for the first 3 months (to help you settle into the role)

    • Commission from day one on all sales

    • Monthly production bonuses

    • Ongoing commission in Year 2 for clients signed up in Year 1

     Minimum Requirements

    • Matric or higher

    • Proven hardcore sales background (e.g., real estate, insurance, funeral cover, automation equipment, etc.)

    • Own vehicle and cell phone

    • Workspace at home

    • Highly goal-driven, self-motivated, and money-oriented

    • Confident, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

    • Ability to build strong networks and client relationships
