Job Description
The Junior Branch Marketer is responsible for selling agricultural retail products, marketing stock to customers, and ensuring product availability at the branch.
The role is part of the VKB Group retail division, which supplies farming inputs and agricultural products to farmers and communities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing
- Sell merchandise according to set targets
- Market agricultural products to customers
- Promote branch stock and services
- Provide high-quality customer service in person, telephonically, and via email
Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels
- Ensure products are always available for customers
- Place and manage stock orders
- Assist with receiving and handling stock
Customer Service
- Assist walk-in customers professionally
- Respond to customer queries
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver consistent service quality
General Duties
- Perform ad-hoc branch-related tasks
- Support daily retail operations
- Work as part of a team
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
